Villa Paraíso Azul offers spectacular views of the sea and the Salobreña castle.
The construction combines Andalusian style on the exterior and interior, Ibizan style in the exterior columns, and Mallorcan style in the fireplace. It is one of the few houses that still preserves its Andalusian essence in the area, with Nazarí-style tile details in one of the bathrooms and on the access stairs.
The villa is located on a 900 m² plot, and the house, 140 m² on a single floor, consists of a living-dining room, three bedrooms—all with sea views—accommodating six people, and two full bathrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms and the living room. The house is fully equipped, as the owners use it at different times of the year. The owners and their children will welcome you, as they live in Motril.
Additional services include high-speed Wi-Fi (workspace), satellite TV and Chromecast to connect your mobile devices and tablets, a music system, and DVD player.
A cot and high chair are also available for guests.
The private outdoor area, with lush vegetation, fruit trees, palm trees, and aromatic plants, features an infinity pool with sea views (8 x 4.5 m), gardens, terraces, porch, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The property offers a covered garage space, parking area for motorbikes and bicycles, and free street parking.

Toller Urlaub im November 2024
Super Ferienhaus, genialer Ausblick - nette Gastgeber. Auch im November ist die Costa Tropical eine Reise wert - Temperaturen oberhalb von 20 °C ließen auch eine Nutzung des Pools zu. Der liebevoll gepflegte Außenbereich des Ferienhauses mit "tropischen" Pflanzen war eine grüne Oase.
