The rooms were comfortable and clean. In one room, the shower gel was empty, but I had packed extra to share. Overall, the hotel can use an upgrade. No USB sockets and it's been a while since I've had to physically insert a key card.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast! Pool was clean, but a little dark and humid.

We were told that we couldn’t cancel, which I understand since we were told that we could cancel up until the night before. Upon arrival at 4 pm, check in time, we were told that it would be at least another. The desk person was “less than pleasant” when told that we had a wedding at 530 fifteen minutes away. Very nasty. Wouldn’t discuss any kind of compromise.
