Updated modern home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with NEW Air Conditioners in every room, and fenced in back yard/patio. Located in a very private, safe, and quite community in Urb La Margarita in Salinas. This property features a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal, or make some margaritas with your friends! Family room has a Smart TV and bunch of board games for the family, to include coloring books. WiFi through out the house. One bedroom offers a double bunk bed (3Twin Bed/1 Full Bed), second bedroom offers a Queen Size Bed, and master bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with a full bathroom. Back patio has chalk board for children, bikes, swings, hammock, and multiple items (beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, cooler, and more) to go to the beach! This house is great for any family to enjoy, or maybe just a weekend get away with friends. Enjoy the beaches and local restaurants!

Cleaning Fee is $50 (1-6 days), $100 (7+ days), $150 (21+ days)

Pet Fee is an additional $100 each animal!

Located only 5 minutes from the beach in Urb La Margarita. Right by the highway, and easy to get around the island! Only 40 minute drive to Mercedita International Airport, an hour to San Juan, 40 minutes to Ponce, and 20 minutes to Guayama. Salinas is a gem that’s bursting with local restaurants by beach with fresh seafood. Our home is close to Salinas Speedway, Albergue Olímpico (water park), Baños de Coamo (Coamo Hot Springs), El Legado The city Golf course and much more!

Lovely little casa!

This adorable little house in Salinas was the perfect setup for 3 friends. We each had our own comfortable bedrooms, each with our own TVs and our own temperature control units to suit our individual preferences. The shared space was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. We would love a return visit!
