On the positive side: wonderful view, convenient to pool, walking path, and boat slips, plenty of towels, both regular and beach, trash bags, paper towels. On the not so positive side: no parking pass in condo and got third partied around about where to get one (managed to get a gate pass from gate security to put in car window), visitor parking space not particularly convenient, water pressure very low, no disposer in kitchen sink, wifi in and out, a couple of burned out can lights (to be fair, I didn't bring it to anyone's attention), bathmats were obviously very dirty -- washed up nicely but cleaners should have noticed, could use better pillows, living room noisy when 4 people were talking -- no rugs, either no lamps or lamps not great for reading, no shades in living room to block morning sun. We had a large family there renting 6 different condos and ours was definitely #6 in value although its price was about the same as the others. Won't rent this one again.
