The Normanhurst is starting to look very tired and a bit run down, having said that the room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Parking was good, the location is great and pricing was better than the competitor hotels nearby.

I didnt get the room that was shown in the pictures, a rather plain room instead. Maybe that room in the pictures was for display purposes only. The smart tv and the check-in staff are excellent though, probably the only two things to complement about the stay. Need a cleaner toilet and more hooks around the room.

Great place to stay ideal for airport.

Lovely hotel ideal for the airport ,rooms are good sized and come well equipped with even a fridge and microwave for long stays and the staff are really friendly,a good size car park with free parking already booked again for this week .

New bathroom shower toilet basin and tiles, about the only features I would retain unfortunately. Carpet was filthy, double glazing in window was totally fogged up, could not see out. Building has just not been maintained at all, grounds also badly neglected. Main Building, little that I saw of the entrance lobby and stairs, etc, would make an ideal set for a scary movie, like Alfred Hitchcocks Psycho.
