Breakfast each day would ahve been nice not jsut on the weekends. There was a steady drip from my tub spout - I reported it nad I understand it might have required ordering new parts - my concern was the amount of water being sent down the drain over time. I live in an extremely high drought area so water conservation is a major concern for us.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help. I had to switch rooms because of noisy neighbors, and the staff member was happy to make sure I was comfortable. When my mom's surgery ran longer than expected, the guy at the front desk let me check out late without hesitation. I’m definitely staying here every time I visit my mom - thanks so much!

Pet Friendly needs TLC

The outside of the hotel needs some TLC. It is not maintained in a clean, welcoming environment. There are weeds growing, garbage throughout the parking lot and the grass. It is a pet-friendly hotel, however I had to watch my dog extremely closely so she would not eat the garbage that was all over. Also, taking a dog outside at night, there was not sufficient lighting in the grass areas and I fell in a large rut where someone had driven in the grass. The elevator was not clean, vacuumed, and again my dog was trying to eat everything off the floor. Our room was great!! I’ve stayed here many times and I will return, but some attention to these details would make the experience even better.
