A family home built by the owners' grandmother, the villa exudes character. Fully renovated in 2022 in a Creole-chic style, it has withstood the test of time while maintaining its irresistible charm. The owners aimed to make the villa a charming haven combining beauty, comfort, and privacy. Mission accomplished: the family home is now divided into 3 independent units that coexist harmoniously and invite you to the sweet life. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with TV, a terrace, and a swimming pool.

On the ground floor, you will find the Seahorse unit. It houses two bedrooms: one double and one twin, sharing a shower room. Also on the ground floor, you will find the Starfish unit, with three bedrooms with private shower room. The villa enjoys a prime location: you are only a few minutes' walk from the charming village of Sainte-Anne and the beautiful Pointe Marin beach, a fine sandy beach lined with coconut trees and calm, crystal-clear waters.
