Wake up to one of the best water views in the Lowcountry! Watch dolphins from your back porch overlooking the community dock that is located directly behind the villa. Enjoy spectacular water views from nearly every room.

Our home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with one bedroom on the 1st floor featuring a king size bed and a private bath. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms – one smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds and another with a king size bed where you will wake up to amazing views of the water. Both bedrooms upstairs share a full bath that is located in between both bedrooms.

The first floor has an open concept, fully equipped kitchen that is open to the 2 story living area with wood burning fireplace.

A gas grill is provided for cookouts while enjoying outside entertaining or propping your feet up to take in the salt breezes and fabulous view.

Enjoy a day at the beach with our complimentary beach pass and beach chairs or walk 5 miles of walking trails while enjoying the wildlife and beautiful natural surroundings that make our island so special. Golf cart rentals are also available.
