Hibiscus is located in the Résidence Les Hauts de St François.
3x3m swimming pool with deck with 2 deckchairs and 2 garden armchairs in the heart of a private tropical garden. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and dishwasher on covered terrace. 1 air-conditioned living room with convertible sofa bed (ideal for 2 children), TV and wifi 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 160X200 bed and wardrobe/dressing-type storage, 1 bathroom/WC with washing machine.
Very well maintained residential area above the Golf and the Marina. Close to the city center, casino, restaurants, shops and bakery. Everything is accessible on foot, beach 5 minutes by car.

Exit cleaning package: €60 to be paid on site upon arrival.
For an arrival at the Hibiscus cottage after 10 p.m. or a departure before 8 a.m., Aurore, who will welcome you on site, will ask you €25.

Logement idéalement situé proche de la mer

Nous avons apprécié le logement dans lequel nous avons séjourné pendant ces quelques jours. Très bien équipé et propre. Le logement correspond à l'annonce.Petit bémol avec l'entretien de la piscine malgré la réactivité de notre hôte pour faire intervenir le pisciniste.

Une bulle d'oxygène

Mon mari a été mon guide durant tout ce séjour magique riche en rencontre et en découverte pour ma part car c'était ma première fois en Gwada. Le logement est parfait pour un couple nous avions le marché et la Marina à 5 minutes en voiture. La pointe des Châteaux à 15 min. Beaucoup de départs d'excursions du port de St FRANCOIS ; nous avons passé une journée aux SAINTES et une à MARIE-GALANTE. Sans oublier BASSE TERRE qui regorge d'une végétation luxuriante merveilleuse. Nous recommandons fortement la Guadeloupe et le logement des vacances anti-déprime assurées.

Peu de professionnalisme, hygiène moyen, collé au bungalow de la location voisine (va et viens)

Bien qu'Agathe avait notre numéro de vol, que ce dernier avait du retard et que nous avions encore une heure de voiture, Agathe semblait surprise de nous voir "déja là". En effet la piscine été en cours de remplissage et Agathe diffusait des huiles essentielles pour rafraichir la pièce. Nous avions comme mission de penser à éteindre le jet d'eau une fois la piscine remplie... cette dernière n'était pas propre. Agathe s'est cependant montrée chaleureuse et accueillante, nous nous sommes sentie a l'aise. Dès notre arrivée, nous demande les 60 euros de ménage, que nous n'avions pas. Nous nous mettons d'accord pour les donner à notre départ. Durant notre séjour nous trouvons des surprises: sous le lavabo 1 coton tige usagé, un masque usagé, cafard mort et amas de poussières. Nous retrouverons des amas de poussières dans tous les recoins ainsi que dans la cafetière. Dans l'annonce était indiqué un salon de jardin et bbq qui n'étaient pas présents lors de notre séjour. Egalement stipulé une place de parking mais cette dernière été prise par la voiture du proprio. Lorsque nous informons Agathe de tous ces désagréments, nous indique que le logement n'était pas occupé durant 1 semaine "d'où la poussière" et dans le même temps nous accuse d'avoir orchestré cela pour ne pas payer (alors que nous lui avions déjà donné l'argent). Nous tutoie, nous "menace" avec des sous-entendu sur la caution laissée. Nous tentons d'appeler la propio Sylvie, qui ne nous rappellera pas, malgré message.

Une bien belle location

le cottage hibiscus est parfait, idéalement placé en secteur calme de Saint Francois, il nous a permis de profiter des plaisirs de la Guadeloupe. L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité du bien, lespetites attentions d'arrivée (Rhum et fruits), sont charmante. Bref un endroit idéal, calme pour se reposer Merci a Sylvie et Pascal
