This contemporary, two-story house is situated on a quiet lane, with access to small private beach on Little Peconic Bay only steps away. The bright interior features a two-story living room with skylights, wood-burning stove, and a large chef's kitchen with sunny dining area that opens to the expansive poolside terrace. The lovely 40 feet heated lap-pool is surrounded by extensive decking, pool fence and mature landscaping for total summer privacy.
Please note that the pool season ends around mid-September and usually starts around Memorial Day weekend.

The house has been recently renovated with new hardwood floors, new furnishings include king-size and queen-sized beds. It is an ideal family vacation home close to bay and ocean beaches, Sag Harbor and Southampton Village. Second floor master bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom with skylight, and balcony overlooking pool deck. Brand-new 46-inch LED Smart TV with 3D and automatic internet access, high-speed internet access, Cable TV, and central air-conditioning.

Just eight minutes from Sag Harbor Village, next door to Noyack Golf and Country Club as well as the amazing Morton National Wildlife Refuge with its own sand beach.

Family Getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sag Harbor. The home was conveniently located and ideal for our five-day getaway. Daniel was quick to respond and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach spots. The property was beautiful, and the pool provided a tranquil setting. We're eagerly anticipating future trips.

Im not sure if we were the 1st renters of the season or what, but the house and pool were not clean. The house, front door/porch, patio/deck area, and going down to the basement were all full of spider webs. The pool, patio tables, and grill were dirty. The inside of the home was beoom swept clean. There was old food in the freezer. It was not what I/we expected based on the listing. The pictures had to be old. The the paint was peeling on the columns on the front porch and just dirty. It smelled really musty and closed up. We were disappointed in the cleanliness and smell of the home. Even the grill was dirty. It was a disappointment but we made the best of it.

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious so we could all spread out. We were glad to have a nice warm house to stay in because the weather was terrible! I also went swimming in the warm pool even though it was 60 and raining! Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we had to leave several days early because of health issues. The house is perfect. Daniel was very easy to deal with. I wish we could have stayed longer. This property is highly recommended. You will love it.

Great vacation
We had a lovely stay and had a great time at the awesome pool! We felt at home and enjoyed the amenities! After a bit of a rocky start over the security deposit our host was generous to let us know that the home was ready for occupancy early and that we were welcome to check in early. We would stay at this property again.

Wonderful family get-away
This house is great for families. It is uniquely designed with lots of open space. The pool is lovely and it is just a short walk to the bay. Hamptons beaches are amazing, but this house's proximity to the bay and access to a pool made the stay wonderful when the weekend crowds arrived. The owner is responsive, available, and clear in expectations and communications. Overall, an excellent experience that we would want to do again!

House is lovely with open areas that flow nicely. A library for peace and quiet.. Kitchen and dining room lead to an open deck for outside dining and large decked pool. Short walk to a small bay beach to watch the fabulous sunset. Perfect location near all beaches and towns whether you want action or relaxation this is the place! We're coming back!
