Worst experience. NEVER got the heated pool in alll the days there. Frank the owner I guess kept telling us a different story every text from the pool IS heated when we checked in and told him it wasn’t to sending him pictures of the screen showing ignition failure and then telling us someone is coming that day to fix to then the story that it needed a new part and guy would be there that day to then going quiet… so from Tuesday to Saturday we had no heated pool on beautiful days in the Hamptons as we were there to celebrate our son’s wedding. No communication on check in except the food is open and key on counter.. no idea where to find WI-FI and we had to keep reaching out to Frank who then got annoyed with my “patience” because I guess we were supposed to know his itinerary that he was in LA for awhile. No smoke detectors hooked up in house, had to ask about that and finally came next day when I said it’s your house but if there’s a fire all the new ones sitting on beds and furniture would do no good.. tons of windows in house but no curtains or drapes so privacy was limited. I would never do business with this person again and am demanding some financial reimbursement for fakes advertising
