A budget motel experience with a nice hotel price
Pros: *The staff at check in was friendly and helpful. *The bed was comfortable *The room itself was pretty nice Cons: *The hotel is torn up - they’re renovating and it is not done in a way that still functions and looks nice. *My bathroom had not been cleaned -at all. There was stuff on the ground, on the sink, in the sink. They moved me to a new room which was cleaner, but there was still hair on the sink, the faucet was dirty. At least the floor was clean. *I told the front desk at check-in (afternoon) that there was dog poop in the elevator. When I checked out late morning the following day it was still there. These things would have been tolerable if I was booking at a budget motel, but I paid $150 for one night. I will not ever stay here again.

Staff took over an hour when I called for the Wi-Fi password. They had no information on it. Took an hour for them to get back to me. The floors in our room were sticky and wet It was really noisy some construction was going on around dinner time five thirty Overall staff was not knowledgeable. Rooms were discussing an a nasty smell in the lobby. I wouldn't recommend this place.

What a dump
Worst hotel we've ever stayed at. We knew the remodel was ongoing as we've been there before but keep thinking they'll get better and make progress but they never do. I called ahead to make sure hot tub was working and was told yes its good to go. After 12 hrs on the road we needed it. I waited 5 minutes in the lobby to check in because no one at the desk, maint. guy came in and went to the back and got her. Room was old and had a long dark hair on the toilet tank, no big deal, we were ready for food and hot tub. Got back from dinner, went to hot tub, nope, not working. Went to the counter and she argued with me!! Went to bed, next morning go to lobby for breakfast and it looks good at first but no milk and none of the warmers working. Eggs and sausage are refrigerator cold. Found same counter girl and again she argued with me, said she could see the food was hot because there was condensation. That was the last chance that dump gets.

Awesome experience
We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay in a King Room. It was updated, clean and spacious and amenities included a microwave, mini-fridge and a single-cup coffee maker. The bed was ultra comfy and we really appreciated the large flat screen TV and the plentiful counter/desk space. Our check-in was quick and easy and the front counter staff kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We partook of the muffins, scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast, taking our meal up to our room to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great value for the money.
