Ability to check in/select a room if arrive early just to make sure when you got into town or Trafford centre when you return you have a quiet toom - also ability to turn off air conditioning unit - very noisy didn’t sleep

Hotel was lovely, pool was nice. The only issue was that because I didn’t put my credit card details in at reception, when I rang down to order room service, they would not allow me to do this and I had to get dressed and go down to reception to order my food, which was inconvenient. I did offer to pay for the room service the next morning before I checked it out but they would not allow me to do this.

Very pleasant experience. Walkable from T2 as well as the train station. Rooms were clean. Great runway view Only feedback I would have Is to have microwaves in the room. No point of giving a fridge if one can’t store something for later but unable to heat it.
