Infelizmente por causa de um casamento que não ocorreu nas dependências do hotel o barulho de madrugada dos hóspedes chegando não nos favoreceu o sono.

Como o hotel estava lotado no período em que eu me hospedei, tive problema no café da manhã com falta de mesa e cadeira para sentar, além de falta de água quente a noite para o banho. Também a lavanderia havia atrasado a entrega de toalhas, ficamos sem toalha de rosto.

Todos foram muito cordiais, porém o hotel não tem infraestrutura para receber a quantidade de hóspedes que recebeu. Um dos dias o quarto da minha sogra não foi limpo, tivemos problemas para conseguir talheres e louças para o café da manhã todos os dias e reposição de alimentos também. O nosso quarto apresentou um vazamento banheiro e o da minha sogra um vazamento no ar condicionado. O intuito da crítica é de ajudar e quando voltarmos que o serviço esteja melhor e as pessoas mais preparadas. Obrigado

Boa noite! O Hotel é muito bom, com instalações novas e limpas, além de funcionários bastante atenciosos. O problema é que não emitem a Nota Fiscal, que é direito de todos!! Por esse motivo não vou me hospedar no hotel novamente. Preciso da NFe para prestar contas à empresa e eles não a emitem. Já fiquei no hotel por outras 3 vezes, mas agora não fico mais....
