Before your arrival, you will be required to choose between two damage protection options through our third-party provider Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message to complete this process. The options are as follows:

Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).

Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.

We recommend completing this process before your arrival to ensure a quick and seamless check-in.

Keyless entry: The front door features a keyless lock. The code will be provided in the check-in details, which are sent directly to the guest the day before check-in.

Parking: Free street parking or you can opt for private parking two blocks away (Parqueadero y Lavadero Los Alamos).
