Die Ferienwohnung (2-5 Personen) ist ca. 120 qm groß und liegt im 1. Stock eines 2-Familienhauses, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Ostbalkon, mit Balkonmöbeln. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Ein Kinderbett ist vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Schwedenofen, TV-Gerät sowie DVD-Player ausgestattet. In der komplett eingerichteten, separaten Küche mit Speisekammer, findet sich eine gemütliche Essecke, ein Fernseher und eine Stereoanlage mit CD-Player, ein Kühlschrank mit extra Tiefkühlfach, Geschirrspülmaschine (Reiniger vorhanden), Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, 4-Plattenherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle. Ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche (Duschsitz) sowie ein Gäste-WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Küchenhandtücher sind vorhanden. Rauchen ist in der Ferienwohnung nicht erlaubt. Die großzügige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Parkettboden, befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Von der Küche mit Ostbalkon aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Haunsberg bei Oberndorf/Salzburg. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sehen Sie die Berchtesgadener Alpen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich am Haus. Ganz in der Nähe (4 km) finden Sie den Abtsdorfer See mit schönen Badeplätzen, die Städte Laufen und Oberndorf (7 km) wunderschön an der Salzach gelegen. Salzburg mit seinem Kulturangebot und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur ca. 10 km entfernt und vom Freilassinger Bahnhof (7 km) auch mit der S-Bahn gut erreichbar. Zu jeder Jahreszeit finden Sie hier bei uns im Rupertiwinkel, sowie im angrenzenden Berchtesgadener Land, dem Chiemgau und dem Salzburger Land zahlreiche schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch einige nahegelegene Skigebiete sind einfach und schnell erreichbar, und beim „nach Hause kommen“ können Sie den Schwedenofen im Wohnzimmer anheizen und mit einem Glas Punsch, Wein oder Schönramer Bier, den Tag ausklingen lassen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft finden Sie den Paulbauernhof mit eigener Käserei und Hofladen mit Produkten aus der Region. In Surheim ca. 2 km entfernt finden Sie einen hervorragend sortierten Edeka-Markt, zwei Gasthäuser, Bäcker und Friseur.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können die Fewo nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Obwohl unser Urlaub nur kurz war, fühlten wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist in sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeberin hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Gegend
Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Unsere Kids waren schwer begeistert und wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und lieb.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein schöner Garten mit Bienen, Schildkröten, Hund und Katze umgibt das Haus. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Die Rötzers sind außerdem sehr nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

L'impression d'être surclassés
Merci encore à Inès et Bernhard ! Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est magnifique, très spacieuse et située dans un calme incroyable. Désolés d'avoir utilisé presque toutes les allumettes, la cheminée est trop tentante ! On reste proches des lacs les plus connus avec une tranquillité qui fait vraiment vacances.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich uns gegenüber sowie unseres Hundes, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen, alles in allem sehr gute Gastgeber. Bei der Lage gilt zu beachten, dass diese sehr abgelegen liegt, für uns jedoch kein Problem war, da wir genau nach dieser Gegend gesucht haben, wo man nach Hause kommt und die Ruhe genießen kann, Salzburg ist aber nur ein Katzensprung entfernt sowie Berchtesgaden. Wenn man also mit ein bisschen Fahrzeit von 10-30 Minuten kein Problem hat, ist das die ultimative Wohnung, um nach einer ausgibigen Wanderung den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Für Hunde optimal, da alleine kurz nach der Tür ein kleiner Waldweg liegt, der morgens für die erste Gassirunde gut geeignet ist. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und werden definitiv, wenn wieder ein Wanderurlaub in Bayern ansteht, diese Wohnung im Hinterkopf haben. Ps: Das Weißbier war sehr lecker und wurde auf Vorrat direkt mit mach Hause genommen! 😉
