There is a toboggan run next to the house. In summer, the area offers peace & nature, as well as sporting outings: 450 km of hiking trails, 180 km of mountain bike trails, 4 mountain lifts, 30 Alpine lodges & a swimming pool with 3 slides

In summer, the local water park Käptn Hook offers cooling and fun, while the winter months transform the area into a ski and snowboarding paradise, with direct access to the slopes and a nearby toboggan run.
From winter 2025/2026, there will be a new ski slope located right next to the property, equipped with snow cannons. This means there is a high chance of guaranteed skiing and snowboarding right up to the apartment
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
