When I first checked in, they gave me a room that was filled with to the ceiling with mattresses. The staff corrected it, but it was a hassle. Also, in my new room, there were curly black hairs stuck to the walls in the bathroom.

Not worth the price

The room was not worth the price I paid. It was cramped and the place was kind of a dump. There was mold on the shower curtain. The place needs some TLC for sure

This place was fine for a one night stay in between a couple skiing days. Rooms were somewhat remodeled (no carpeting- yay!). Beds and linens were clean. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was a little tired, tub didn’t totally drain. Kids liked the pool. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was passable but not the best (waffles. Hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, oatmeal). It’s what you should expect for a 2.5 star hotel.

Didn't like the shower ,needs to be up dated, need to put blinds behind the curtains to block out the outside light from shining thru at night. Plus the Tv kept acting up might need a new cable cord it was loose in the plug in. Other than that it was ok.

Got to hotel, parking lot was a mess, snow was not plow, walk way full of snow. We didn’t know where to walk or how to get to the door. Front desk person couldn’t answer a simple question as whether the room had a pull out couch when we called.

What was good was the parking and convenience for it being on a main street in Rutland. The issues are how expensive it is for what you get: very dusty room, stains all over shower curtain, stain on bed, dirty counters, dirty nightstand, dirty lamp, dirty bathroom in general (shower, toilet, and sink), no drain cover for the shower, and changing the shower from faucet mode to shower head basically didn't exist. I had to take a 20 minute shower with trinkling water from the shower head because it was broken. There was also a used loofah in the shower. There was no soap or shampoo for the shower, just hand soap for the sink in the bathroom. There were many holes in the bathroom as well for whatever reason. At least 2-3 inches in diameter for each hole.

The amount we paid did not reflect what was offered. There was no notice to construction when booking. When we arrived the main lobby was under renovation meaning the breakfast was not going to be offered. Instead, they offered some fruit, coffee and granola bars. When we got to the room there was hair all over the bathroom floor and the heater sounded like a rusty old fan all night. The final item was in the morning there were ants crawling all over the bathroom floor. We were able to leave before check out on our second day and be refunded the rate for the second day but the management never returned calls to talk and did nothing for the first night. We checked in at 830pm Friday night and out by 7am Saturday morning. I will not be staying at this property and unless a last resort I recommend the same to you. We choose the hotel for the pool, which we did not use, and the breakfast. All those items add up to a room costing less than $100 not the $230 charged.

We did not stay there Was under construction there was wellfare occupancy the whole hotel We stayed at the Hampton inn across the street. You should look at the facilities you recommended I would like my $$ back.

Our shower didn't work and was dirty...they provided a room change, where in the new room we had towels with smear stains (looked like feces, could have been makeup foundation or something, and the bed cover was stained as well. Not the worst if you just need a place to sleep but would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
