First the good. I have to say, the room was VERY clean. For me, that is one of the most important factors. Waffle House is in the same parking lot (and it was a nice experience as well). There was not much noise even being on the bottom floor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Now for the negative. I am traveling with my two cats, so I spent a ton of time researching pet friendly options (that include cats because several are dog only). That being said, the listing on Expedia and the company website both state pet friendly (not excluding cats) and that they stay for $10 per pet per day. I was aware of the fee and happy to pay, what was not listed was the $100 refundable deposit. Again not an issue, except that it is not expressed on their website nor is it on Expedia so it was a surprise, that could be avoided by keeping the policies online up to date. When checking in I was asked about pets and I said that I did have my two cats. Her faced dropped as she told me they do not accept cats. She did call to get approval from the owner to allow us to keep them in the cage in the room, so we were able to keep our booking, but again, I could have avoided this and stayed somewhere that does allow cats if the information online was accurate. They did work to accommodate us which is appreciated, but it was certainly unnecessary stress added to a long day of traveling. Overall, the rooms are clean and the price point is good.

We checked in which was easy. The location was clean. The tv remote barely worked. I barely got the tv to turn down or off. The continental breakfast was not good. It was bread and bread products. There was nothing nutritious except for an apple. That’s awesome… if you are 10. I am not.

the Management and staff were kind and attentive. The room was fresh and inviting. A Pet Friendly hotel, that was spotless. Absolutely no odors in the room or hallways. Even a garden and new growing grapevines on the fence line. Giving it a "Feeling of Home". An excellent stay for the price.

An enjoyable experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this Super 8. My updated room was very comfortable and very clean. I honestly don't have complaints. Very nice room. Very friendly staff and a great location. Located in a safe area within walking distance to restaurants. I'll stay here again the next time I travel through Arkansas.

Staff was friendly. There’s a Waffle House in the same parking lot. The vending machines take money only, no tap to pay or cards are accepted. The air conditioner in the room is a window unit, but it kept the room cool.
