The staff was rude and more concerned with hanging out with her friends out front then even smiling. The food was an open box of stale granola bars, no coffee, juice spoiled, pool was closed even though when I called to ask about the pool I was placed on hold and never returned til I was hung up on. Everything was dirty. We didn't even stay the second day or night. The doors in the room didn't lock I called to the front desk phone didn't work, old food in our microwave, ran over a screw in the parking lot which resulted in having to buy a tire. Were ignored by staff.

I liked the area. It was easy to get to, It was quiet and the staff are pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated a discount since I booked the hotel for four nights, I also liked that I did not have to have room service every day, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the floor. I walked around in socks the first night, and my socks were black. I ended up wearing shoes. Even at night, I would slip into sandals before walking across the floor. Is the pool ever going to be repaired? It was not opened; last summer either. Thank you for having a nice place to stay.

Check-In staff was friendly. They also recommended a great restaurant. I also accommodated me and my motorcycle by letting me park under the cover of the entrance while it was raining. Lobby is a little sparse. Far as coffee service goes.
