The staff was very nice and the breakfast area was well kept, Bedding and bathroom were clean, but the curtains were shredded and dirty. Walls were dirty and the furnishings were very old and falling apart.

Batesville IN

Check in was ok but they charged me for my stay beforehand. I have never had this done in all my travels. What if there would have been an unforseen issue? Pool was closed for maintenance, disappointing but not a deal breaker. No elevator, so older property. Cooking smell on floor, even though it clearly says No Cooking in the rooms. EXTREMELY, humid and sticky through out the interior of the hotel and hallways...no AC in the building? Fortunately, room was comfortable. I will be back to the area but will find better accomodations. It also seemed like more than "staff" work and possibly live there.

Pool was closed with no water. Tub handle was broken. Pop up in sink broken. Vending machines advertised on website were empty. Outdoor seating area was 2 rickety picnic tables. This establishment is HORRIBLE! Staff was friendly and did a great job of cleaning room.

We stayed here following a family wedding in the area. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly and informative. The room wasn’t bad for a quick over night. It was outdated and the beds were only double so they were pretty small. The bathroom had some shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion. The a/c was initially turned off so when we first got in the room, it was super hot, but it cooled down rather quickly once adjusted.The noise from other rooms was minimal. They had a nice breakfast spread, but we didn’t eat it. Overall the stay was great given the amount of time spent there.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. My husband was disappointed that the pool was closed and the orange juice dispenser wasn't working. We've stayed here several times and we've always been happy with our stay.

Paying for what you get. This place was average and cheap. $76 for one night and I’m neither happy nor dissatisfied with the stay. Curtains were dirty and torn, but rest of room was clean. One of the outlets on the nightstand was not working at all but breakfast was good.
