Nice hotel, terrible sleep.

Was sold a super king size bed however ot was just two beds joined together that kept splitting through the night. I then extended my stay for a further 3 nights and was charged more as they upgraded my room and then charged me a new rate.

What a stay. Lovely room, amazing bed. Staff were very polite and friendly. Massive shout out to Paul from the River restaurant. Lovely chap very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

The hotel itself is excellent and facilities are luxurious. The staff were professional and friendly, and the room was large and decadent. Our only criticism was locating and gaining entrance to the hotel due to current roadworks. Parking was excellent, and overall we had a wonderful time

Amazing!

The most comfortable bed! I always struggle on the first night in a new location, the bed was sensational and I drifted off! The staff truly make this hotel, we were visiting for business and the receptionist wrote us a hand written note for some amazing restaurants and bars near to where our meetings were - the recommendations were fab!

Stay away from this hotel in Manchester

The worst hotel stay I’ve had in a while. From unfriendly check in, to hotel smelling of weed, extremely slow and stressful service in the hotel bar. Guests don’t get access to their “spa” amenities. I have no idea how this is even classified as a five star hotel. Rooms were ok, but the worst water pressure I’ve experienced in a “five star hotel”. Disappointing experience. Stay away.
