Spectacular property in Cedar Creek with fabulous Mountain View’s

This Cedar Creek cabin, named “Lost In Lincoln”, is secluded and at the end of the road. It is the perfect get-away. The master suite loft (upstairs) has a king bed and its own private deck overlooking the forest below. The deck on the main floor wraps around two sides of the house. The third deck is under a canopy of trees and is large enough for a picnic lunch. The other two bedrooms are on the main floor. The "Bear" room has a queen bed and television. The "Moose" room has a queen bed with an additional bunk bed. The living room is open to the kitchen and includes a 60 inch television over the fireplace. The dining table (accommodating 6-8) sits below an antler chandelier. Bath rooms are large and have a single sink with tub/shower.

Lost in Lincoln
Lost in Lincoln was fantastic!! The property was perfect for our group (4 adults 3 children). There was plenty of room inside and out. The owners definitely thought of and provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Spring Break Get Away
We visited for a few days during my daughters spring break. We had a great time in Ruidoso. Got to feed the deer and chipmunks from the back porch. The elk were down in canyons and came right up to the truck windows. Highly recommend Racher's Steak House for a nice meal.

Quaint Cabin in the Woods with a View
The cabin was great! We could see for miles. We were lucky to catch some early snowfall each morning. The cabin was cozy, felt like a true lodge in many ways. Was easy to access and get around. It was nice to have two bedrooms on the bottom floor with the open loft upstairs. Good for 2 families if you needed to spread out. We are actually looking at buying cabins in the area and would model them after some attributes of this one!

Overall a fabulous view and wonderful stay
My husband and I are repeat renters. We stayed at this same vrbo a year ago and chose to return for another stay at the same location. Found it to be perfect last year.The house is lovely, spacious open concept in kitchen/den with impressive views and privacy. I did notice a huge difference in housekeeping prior to our arrival this time though. As we pulled up, we noticed the front bedroom window was fully raised. there was debris on the floor in that bedroom, possibly blew in from the window?? Other floor areas in the house were not as clean as last year either, particularly the kitchen floor. I pulled a silverware knife out of the drawer when setting the table for our dinner, and found dried food on a knife. Similar with coffee cup in cabinet, dried coffee stains on outside of a coffee cup in cabinet. Also found an open package of chips in the kitchen cabinet and someone else's food in refrigerator. Had never had any of these situations happen at any prior vrbo stays, ever. One of the recliner chairs in the den is not working properly, and had to leave the leg rest out because the release to extend it open was broken, and I had to slide in and out of the recliner chair from over the arm rest. I am 74 yrs old. I could do it, but not everyone my age could. The 2 rocker recliner chairs upstairs bedroom were working good though. There are so many positives about this rental, we are overlooking the housekeeping negatives. I highly recommend this rental overall.

Wonderful Trip
My husband and daughter and mother enjoyed our time at Lost In Lincoln. We’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. The views are great and wildlife is abundant. Besides elk and deer I even spotted a fox and got his picture! The cabin is very comfortable and fit us very well. I loved it and look forward to a return visit.

Birthday Weekend
We went to Ruidoso to celebrate a friend's birthday. The cabin was in the perfect location next to everything. The views were splendid and we even had a little deer come to visit us a couple of times. The cabin was in perfect condition, the air conditioners worked beautifully and everything was pristine. Can't wait to go back.
