If you are looking for upscale accommodations then we are not the place . This is a large cabin. We are in a wooded area with Ruidoso River near the back of property. rustic log on the outside and comfortable as home on the inside. kitchens that include everything from the stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot & cookware. Charcoal bbq grill. We furnish your linens. Cabin is a small 2 bdrm. cozy atmosphere, cable TV, A/C, heaters and roaring fire on cool evenings Firewood not provided

This cabin is a smaller 2 bedroom with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds.
Again this is a small cabin. Only 2 pets allowed in this cabin
Pet are welcomed with prior approval and fee per night per pet.
Guest access
You have the Entire cabin too yourself. Checkin is between 3-6pm. When yo arrive please come to the office to pick up your key. Contactless key exchange upon guest reguest as long as your reservation thru AirBnb is updated with the correct information. Check out is no later than 11am. Put the key inside the red drop box outside of the office. Pet friendly with pre approval and fee per night per pet.
Other things to note
All preapproved pets must be on a leash. (pet fee must be paid per pet per night) Please do not show up with more guest then your reservation stated. Extra guest fee is $12 per guest per night. There is parking for 2 vehicles.

Absolutely loved it!

We loved this little cabin!! It was just the right size for our family and was super cozy. What we liked the most was how quiet it was and how it was tucked back off the main highway. It was also nice how close it was to downtown Ruidoso. The owners live on site and are extremely friendly. We can't wait to rent with them again.
