Tolles Hotel, hier gibts nichts zu meckern !!

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Einzelzimmer, leider zur Strasse etwas laut, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft. Überragendes Frühstück, da fehlts an Nichts. Schönes SPA im 3. OG mit Blick auf die Berge. Sehr freundliches Personal im Service und an der Rezeption. Komme sehr gerne wieder mal.

Sehr gut bis auf das Bad

Das Hotel ist in sehr gutem Zustand, auch die Corona Schutzmaßnahmen werden vorbildlich umgesetzt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gutes Bett - einzig einen Kühlschrank hätte ich gerne noch gehabt. Was leider krass abfällt, ist das Bad, das noch aus den 80ern oder 90ern zu stammen scheint - da wäre ein zeitgemäßes Update notwendig, um das Hotel rundum auf Topstandard zu heben.

Vitalhotel mit oberbayerischem Charme

Von der Buchung bis zur Bezahlung reibungslos schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel hat einen neuen Anbau und ist modern und oberbayerisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten Frühstück und es war sehr reichlich und vital. Alles frisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren im Altbau und es war sehr gemütlich. Mit separatem Wohnzimmer und Eckbank. Kühlschrank. Ein Flachbildschirm im Wohnzimmer und noch einer im Schlafzimmer. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, who are trying their best to meet requests and provide convenience. They all speak English fluently. Compared to some other hotels which I contacted but did not reply to me at all (I guess those might only welcome German-speaking guests), this hotel is very pleasant. The size, location, restaurant and facilities of the hotel are all excellent. The only drawback is perhaps the interior conditions of the rooms were a bit outdated, despite being clean. In order to retain loyalty of guests, I would suggest the hotel should carry out some refurbishment for the inside of the rooms, particularly the floor and bathroom. Overall, highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay

This was a really great stay. The hotel was everything we were looking for as a base for a 4 night stay in the Bavarian Alps. Comfortable room, very good breakfast with outstanding service. Evening meal was very good quality at a reasonable price and again the service was excellent. Receptionists were very helpful and provided us with loads of information and a regional discount card that gave us free cable cars and other discounts. Parking was a little complicated as they were finishing a large extension but nevertheless less it all worked okay. We would recommend this to all of our friends and would stay here again ourselves.
