Terrible stay, terrible communication

Hairballs throughout house. Sugar ants all over the counters and floor. dead roaches in the garage, both toilets were running intermittently. House backs up to a major roadway and all we could hear was cars all night. Worst of all no communication from the management. I called the first day I got there and they never called me back.
