This charming holiday house offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation with a private swimming pool.
Inside, the cozy living room is tastefully decorated with modern touches, including a stylish dining area, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other with 2 single beds. Large bathroom has a a shower, water basin and a toilet seat. Big garden is not fenced. Pets Are allowed uppon request and with a fee.
Surrounded by nature, it’s a peaceful retreat with all the modern amenities for a refreshing getaway. Only 1,5 km distant there is a very nice pebble beach with a view on the old town of Rovinj. Across the street there is a small restaurant. Discover Rovinj, an enchanting coastal gem on the Adriatic Sea, often called "Little Venice" for its timeless charm and picturesque appeal.

Du könntest die Bewertung um diesen Punkt ergänzen: Das Ferienhaus wirkt insgesamt leider nicht besonders einladend. Die Innenräume erscheinen auf den ersten Blick sauber, jedoch liegt ein abgestandener, muffiger Geruch in der Luft, der insbesondere beim Öffnen der Küchenschränke deutlich stärker wird und an Schimmel erinnert. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und trägt ebenfalls nicht zu einem angenehmen Gesamteindruck bei. Auch der neue Pool kann diesen leider nicht wesentlich verbessern. Insgesamt fehlt es dem Objekt an Liebe zum Detail. Wer Feriengäste empfängt, sollte etwas mehr Engagement zeigen und die Unterkunft vor der Anreise noch einmal sorgfältig kontrollieren. Spinnweben und andere leicht erkennbare Mängel hätten mit wenig Aufwand beseitigt werden können und hätten den Eindruck deutlich verbessert. Leider blieb dadurch das Gefühl, dass die Unterkunft nicht mit der nötigen Sorgfalt für Gäste vorbereitet wurde.

Het huis ligt er fantastisch! Wat een uitzicht op prachtige bomen en vogels. Het zwembad was heerlijk en werd 2x per week schoon gemaakt. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt makkelijk fietsen naar Rovinj.
