Amazing location - we were easy walking distance to both the old town and the resort swimmimg areas (Mulini Beach, etc.). The property was very clean and comfortable, and was cooled by evening breezes even on warm days. Keep in mind that the area is not a particularly quiet place in the evening because of loud motorcycles accelerating up the hill heading out of town. Overall, though, we had a great time there and wish we could've stayed longer!
Bonus fireworks on our last night!

Bellissima vacanza

L’appartamento è molto bello! In quattro siamo stati benissimo! Posizione “strategica “: a circa 200 mt. dal centro storico di Rovigno ed a circa 1km, una bellissima passeggiata lungo il porto, fino all’inizio del parco pineta ed alle bellissime calette per fare il bagno. Si possono trovare calette più rocciose, e calette con scogli e ciottoli. Mangiare in terrazzo, con la splendida vista sul porto e sull’isola di Santa Caterina non si può esprimere a parole, esperienze che va vissuta! Sulla pulizia dell’appartamento al nostro arrivo posso solo dire che non c’era una virgola fuori posto, tutto perfetto. Un grazie alla Signora Eni, referente in loco, gentilissima e disponibile. Valutazione finale: eccellente!

Beautiful location and apartment

Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels.

Nice Appartement with everything you need.

It was my second stay in Rovinj with my Brother and my 11 year old niece, we all love the Appartement with a nice view at the sea and the proximity to the old town is great. Lounge chairs on the balcony would be desirable, but it's still very nice. Contact Was always super friendly.

Beautiful Apartment in Rovinj

Apartment is perfectly situated, short walk to access nearby beaches and center of Rovinj Clean, spacious, well laid out apartment, beautiful terrace with view of sea. Market down street, 2 minute walk from apartment. Short drive 5 minutes to larger supermarkets. All around great place to stay, walking distance to park ZlatniRT. Definitely recommend, Ms Eni gave us great recommendations for dining options. Will book again!

Geräumige Wohnung mit Blick über die Marina. Die hübsche Altstadt in 5min Entfernung. Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Schöne Fels- und Kiesstrände in 20min fußläufig durch eine Parkanlage zu erreichen.

Appartement très pratique !

Appartement très bien situé entre la vieille ville de Rovinj et les plages : tout se fait à pied ! Même les courses avec des supermarchés à 2 pas de l appartement. La terrasse avec vue mer est un plus non négligeable. Seul bémol : l équipement est réduit à son strict minimum, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf Rovinj

Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG. Großer überdachter Balkon mit Weltklasse Blick auf Rovinj und die Insel St. Katharina. Wohnung ist sehr einfach aber für unseren Urlaub perfekt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auto wurde nur für Ausflüge oder weiter entfernte Strände benötigt. Ein neuer Wäscheständer sollte dringend angeschafft werden. Des Weiteren wären draußen auf dem Balkon 4 Stühle ( und nicht kaputt) empfehlenswert. In der Küche fehlen passende Töpfe für die Kochplatte ebenso wäre eine neue Pfanne auch nicht schlecht. Es gibt auch keine kleinen Teller für das Frühstück. Ein vollständiges Besteck wäre auch nicht schlecht. Statt der reichlichen Espressotassen fände ich Eierbecher wünschenswert. Jetzt noch ein paar Wein- und Biergläser sowie ein Kochlöffel und ein Holzspatel für die Pfanne👍 Da wir so gut wie überhaupt nicht gekocht haben hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört. In der Dusche ist ein neuer Duschkopf erforderlich. Das Wasser kommt mit solch einem Druck aus dem Schlauch, dass man fast blaue Flecken bekommt. Kleiner Scherz am Rande😉 Waschmaschine ist auch da, wurde von uns aber nicht benutzt. Kühlschrank und Eisfach groß und sehr geräumig und voll funktionsfähig 👍 Birne über dem Ceranfeld ist defekt, bitte auswechseln. Die Couch hat ihre besten Tage auch lange hinter sich. Wurde von uns nur als Ablage benutzt und den Fernseher hatten wir auch nicht an. Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Auch hier ist bei einer Fernbedienung die Batterie alle. Man kann aber mit der zweiten Bedienung beide steuern. Eine Glühbirne fehlte in der Deckenlampe. Trotz der hier aufgezählten „ Macken“ würden wir jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Lage sehr gut Rest lässt zu wünschen übrig

Die Lage ist sehr gut, leider ist das Appartement etwas vernachlässigt worden. Stuhl auf der Terrasse defekt, kein Toaster, Schränke fallen auseinander, ein wildes Sammelsorium von Töpfen und Geschirr. Handtücher sind auch wild zusammengewürfrlt, usw. Bitte etwas besser saubermachen für die neuen Gäste!!!!

A nice apartment with stunning views

Everything went very smoothly, Enzio is a nice host with excellent communications. Mrs Eni, who brought the keys is a kind, forthcoming person who told us everything we needed to know about the place and the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped (mind you, there is no microwave oven) and has all the amenities you can think of. Double air conditioning, electric sunshade, pots & pans, bedlinen, towels, you name it. We even got some complimentary provisions, milk, butter and a beer. The living room has some stunning views over the harbour and the old town. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. :) Thank you!

Wenn Träume wahr werden...

... will man eigentlich garnicht mehr weg von dort... Und so erging es uns. Wir ziehen immer ein Quartier abseits der Touristenresorts vor. Wir wollen unter Volk und Leute. Uns selbst versorgen. Und das ist uns komplett gelungen. Alles war zur vollsten Zufrieedenheit. ok... die Matratzen hätten besser sein können... aber das war es dann auch schon! Ein megaschöner und traumhafter Urlaub! Loved the View

We stayed 7 wonderful days/nights in Rovinj and really enjoyed the apartment. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The photos of the apartment are as advertised except there are a few mixed in from 2 other suites but they all have great views of Rovinj's harbor. Very spacious, windows in every room providing plenty of natural light. Nice sized patio for 4 - 6 people. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and quiet. Great location. Nestled between Rovinj's historical old town and a beautiful park (park forest Zlatni Rt). Both within easy walking distances. Many restaurants and 2 grocery stores near by. Our host, Klaudija was very gracious and helpful. We arrived later in the evening from a long bus ride and Klaudija met us at the apartment for our checkin. She was very easy to communicate with and provided answers to all our questions. We would recommend this apartment and would return if we find ourselves visiting Rovinj again.
