This lovingly renovated 60 m² apartment is idyllically located on the edge of the historic town of Rottweil—right below the impressive test tower and close to the planned "Neckar Line," scheduled to open in March 2026.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the greenery from your private terrace and wake up to the gentle sound of chickens—pure country charm!
A special highlight is the hot tub on the terrace, which is available and can be booked before arrival for an additional fee—perfect for relaxing evenings under the open sky. For extra relaxation, soothing wellness massages can be booked with neighbors nearby. More information and appointments are available on request.
