Good rooms for families. Kids enjoyed free ice cream and popcorn. Rotterdam itself was dirty and chaotic. Parking not self-explanatory. Hotel overall nice. Beds were the best part.

Great hotel. Small rooms but very clean. My only complaint is that they need to accommodate guests with luggage!! It’s nearly impossible to get big heavy luggage up to the lobby and then back out of the lobby. The “death stairs” need to be replaced or something done so that guests can safely transport their luggage into and out of the hotel. If you have very little luggage I can highly recommend this hotel!!

Hotel was very accommodating and clean! Bed was super big. Only issue was our fridge was broke so didn't keep anything cold and I don't think the air con worked but thankfully it wasn't a major issue. The fridge worked in my friends rooms so we used theirs. One thing I would say is that there is no kettle but reception gladly gave us hot water when we needed. I think an addition of a kettle in rooms could be good! If I visit Rotterdam again I would probably stay here again, it was very good location and had great transport options and food. Thankyou!

Great location to stay in Rotterdam. Staff were super. The room really quiet (slept really well). The room, however, was very small. No place to sit. No bedside table to put things on at night. Breakfast was good - however, if it's not included in your booking, there is no 'set' price, every item is totalled separately. I would definitely stay here again if in Rotterdam.

Superb place to stay - stunning design

The hotel is vibrant, relaxed and a stunning place to stay - the history of the building is amazing and a lovely story to explore. It’s right in the middle of the Blaak area - a very central vibrant area with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and attractions. The loft rooms are compact and perfect for a short stay - great shower, bed set up and TV. Would definitely stay again d recommend it. The only thing I’d ask is for a kettle as I like to drink tea morning and evening and it was a bit of a pain to keep popping down to the bar to order tea. My fault though, I should have asked. The staff were wonderful too - super friendly, especially the man on reception - very helpful and friendly at check in and check out.

The hotel was really easy to get to, it was within a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so hassle-free to get from the airport! Once we got to the hotel we were able to leave our bags with reception and walk around until the check in time, the receptionist was so lovely about it. I definitely recommend it, such a central location and within walking distance of lots of retaurants and attractions. The metro was so close, I felt like this whole trip we never had to worry about transport.

Good hotel. Nice, quiet rooms. Breakfast is too expensive for the offer. Beter to go to a breakfast place in the neighbourhood ( however these are often only open after 9AM)

Notre expĂ©rience dans cet hĂŽtel a Ă©tĂ© malheureusement trĂšs dĂ©cevante, et je dĂ©conseille vivement cet Ă©tablissement. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, l'accueil a Ă©tĂ© froid et peu professionnel. Personne ne nous a demandĂ© si nous avions besoin d'informations sur la ville ou d'un quelconque accompagnement, ce qui donne une mauvaise premiĂšre impression. Ensuite, nous avons Ă©tĂ© installĂ©s dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, oĂč le bruit des canalisations est tout simplement insupportable. Chaque chasse d’eau tirĂ©e dans les autres chambres rĂ©sonne de maniĂšre si forte qu’il est presque impossible de trouver le sommeil. Le pire a Ă©tĂ© notre premiĂšre soirĂ©e : en rentrant dans la chambre, nous avons dĂ©couvert des cheveux et des poils douteux dans les draps et les coussins des deux lits. Cela donne immĂ©diatement un sentiment de nĂ©gligence et d’insalubritĂ©. Lorsque nous avons signalĂ© ce problĂšme, la rĂ©ception nous a proposĂ© une autre chambre, mais l’expĂ©rience ne s’est pas amĂ©liorĂ©e. Nous avons dĂ» nous-mĂȘmes mettre les draps sur le deuxiĂšme lit, et cela aprĂšs minuit, alors que nous Ă©tions Ă©puisĂ©s, accompagnĂ©s d’une adolescente qui avait besoin de repos. Ce manque d’assistance de la part du personnel est inacceptable. En rĂ©sumĂ©, entre un accueil dĂ©sagrĂ©able, des nuisances sonores importantes et un service loin d’ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur, je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hĂŽtel. Je vous conseille d’éviter cet Ă©tablissement si vous voulez un sĂ©jour reposant!

Great Location

Nice hotel, cosy bedroom. The dinning room downstairs is always busy, but as I was on the 1st floor so it did not bother me. The walls however in the room are very thin as I heard when my neighbours entered and exited the rooms. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room on the 2 night and did not replenish the coffee, but it was not a huge issue. The location is perfect, close to everything! Great town to walk in.

It’s a great area close to markethal which you can fine any type of food and restaurants. We had a big room which was a two story and had a queen bed upstairs which was nice for kids to be separated, very helpful and kind staff , they could hold on to our luggage for a week so we could travel lighter to other countries, we are so appreciated for that . Highly recommended
