Great boutique hotel

Great little hotel. Per purchased breakfast which was wonderful. Also has a great lunch. Good size room which was perfect as we had 4 pieces of luggage. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Superb hotel, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean. There are complimentary green apples, chips, water and m&ms in the room (tea and coffee as well). Location is ideal, close to metro. The staff is professional, energetic and friendly.

Deceptive charging on checkout

Surprise additional city tax charges on checkout. Every other hotel on Expedia that I’ve stayed in has advised extra charges to pay when checking out. Blamed Expedia. Really - I was the first to raise this issue ?

Ideally located for the Depot and Rotterdam’s other museums and art spaces and with great public transport links, this modern hotel offers stylish contemporary rooms designed with both flair and attention to detail. All the staff were very friendly and professional and the housekeeping was excellent. The restaurant and bar with outside terrace just provided the icing on the cake.

A great hotel. I was greeted warmly after a long journey and felt comfortable quickly. The comfy room is wonderful with excellent views and having a mini fridge was handy for popping in my Insulin. Being able to contact the hotel team via WhatsApp was handy and having breakfast served until 12pm was EXCELLENT. The hotel is about ten minutes away from Rotterdam Centraal via Tram which is great. Would recommend!
