Ignore old reviews.

The reviews on here should be taken with pinch of salt. The staff and management confirmed tk me that there was a past issue which has been dealt with successfully. The hotel is a basic standard hotel great for getting your head down. It is not 5 star luxury, nor does it clain to be. If you are looking for low cost accommodation it is ideal with central location with WITTE street minutes away for cosmopolitan entertainment.

Dont even consider for a second to stay there

This most have been the most filthy and disgusting hotel i ever stayed in, i have travelled quite a bit in almost all continents. Never had insects/bugs all over bed and wall. Am pretty sure health authorities wouls shut the place down

This hotel is FULL bedbugs!! Incredible still is open and Dutch authorities have not retired license. Our room, and one offer as replacement with bug running in carpet and bed. Have to throw away clothes, 5 days later still bugs attacking. Ruined my trip. How you can still offer this place! Complain still not answered.

Don’t come here!

This hotel needs to be inspected again. Got a room with bed bugs and some other insects. Our room got replaced with a suite which also has bed bugs. I am on the process of filing a complaint! Waste of my money. Please don’t visit!

Too much bed bugs overall hotel rooms.

Its too much bed bugs in all rooms. We booked 2 rooms and after finding bugs we changed 4 rooms and all rooms are full wid bed bugs. We don't sleep whole night, and we spend all night on chairs.

Bedbugs

It was horrible, as soon as i checked in, the room it was full of bedbugs, so scary, i had to check out straight away and move to a different hotel. I complained to the customer service and still waiting for a response from them.

Horrible place, don’t stay here! Bed is FULL of bedbugs, I had to sleep on the wooden floor since the bed had dozens of bugs in it. Will never stay here again

I didnt like the location. It was in a too dark alley where a woman alone can not feel comfortable. The price is way to much for the room itself. Room was pretty dirty and not clean, certain furnature were either broken or pretty worn-out and the room looked like an semi-unfinished-restauration. And many asian people in the others roosm were shouting or hitting the door very hard in in the night = very disturbing, and the landlord didnt handle this issue!! Short: i wouldnt come for the location, vibe and status of the rooms. The normal co-workers themself are the only ones i appreciated and were very nice, not inclueded the manager. Watch out for extra tax charges, which you pay in here already, this is some weird scamm!!

Leisure stay in vibrant area

The location near the cbd and a vibrant street with lots of eateries outweighs the very basic standard of a worn hotel. Poor wifi connection in end rooms and no powersocket by the beds. Luckily the staff are very friendly, and the linen and bathroom clean, and there is a lift. Would recommend booking online as much cheaper than inhouse, even when extending stay. Have a Lebanese breakfast at Bazar and have the scones in the garden in the closeby Bakkerswinkel cafe!

Don't bother if you care

This is the worst hotel I have been to. The photos is not even near what reality is. Plus bed bugs my bed was full of blood Very very bad the house keeping didn't clean the room I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and bed sheets to change by my self. I will attach photos of the place and the bugs. Hotel. Com should drop this hotel from there list

Avoid, terrible hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and that's saying a lot as I spend 3 nights a week in hotels and have for the last 10 years. Place was falling apart, in need of a complete refurbishment or closing down, how this is deemed a 3 star is beyond me. 3 of us stayed on business, one of us had to ask to move rooms as hid bed was covered in bugs, 2nd room the furniture was falling apart, in my room no tv remote and then noticed the tv didn't even have a power cable so was there for decoration. In one of the other rooms the tv have live wires exposed, no breakfast available and not an enjoyable nights rest. Would not recommend and would avoid, not worth the money at all.
