Small room, good location and helpful staff at the reception. However, after the check-out, I found out that the invoice amount from the hotel and my credit card charges don’t match. I was over charged! I contacted the hotel right away and I’m still waiting for an answer and my refund! This is very frustrating and disappointing experience!

Tiny rooms, could not get cool enough

It’s a very high density small roomed modern, fully automated hotel. Bed touches 3 walls, shower and toilet are tightly crammed into the room. AC could not cool this room off. Area was nice and right on a small part of the canal, lots of patios around with good dinners and beers. Super convenient to the Blaak train station, like 50m away. Breakfast was very good.

The ‘living room’ concept for the lobby/reception is so smart, and gives lots of comfort, and I settle into this hotel much more than others I stay in. The staff are proactive, available and helpful.
