The holiday flat is located in a newly renovated house in a quiet residential area, surrounded by the beautiful mountain panorama of the Paltental.
The flat consists of a large room of approx. 40 m² and a separate bathroom. In the entrance area there is the kitchen, as well as a dining area. At the back of the flat is the sleeping area with a double bed. A cot for a small child can be provided on request.
Furthermore, there is a beautiful garden at your disposal, which you can use together with the tenants of the second flat in the house. Your own seating area in the garden is equipped with garden furniture for 4 people.
A free parking space is available directly in front of the flat. On request, you can charge your electric car with us for a fee!
Rottenmann is located in the Paltental, only 12 km from the district capital Liezen. The surrounding mountains are ideal for numerous hikes of all levels of difficulty in summer and for ski tours, snowshoeing and skiing in winter. Many interesting sights such as Strechau Castle, Admont Abbey with its world-famous library, the Formula 1 Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, renowned ski resorts, the Gesäuse National Park,... are all within easy reach. The provincial capital Graz can be reached in one hour and scores with art, culture and shopping. Our nearby district capital Liezen offers numerous shopping opportunities.
You can reach the holiday flat via the A9 motorway, Rottenmann exit. The nearest airports are Graz Thalerhof 120 km and Linz Hörsching Airport 110 km. You can take the train to the town of Rottenmann.
