En-suite bathroom, walk in shower, tub and twin vanity unit. Two additional bedrooms, (one with a queen size bed, and one with twin beds) sharing a family bathroom. Two Air Purifiers are located within the house for a cleaner, healthier breathing environment. They have been tested and proven to remove 99.99% of Covid-19/SARS airborne particles.

Spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceilings includes a formal living room with sliding doors opening onto pool/deck area. Comfortable family room, large HD LED TV with streaming and DVD. Dining room with seating for 6 people. Large fully equipped kitchen with Fridge/Freezer/Ice maker, dishwasher & microwave. Separate breakfast area with access to pool area. Laundry Room with washing machine and dryer.

The heated pool and deck area which has been recently re-modeled is fully enclosed in a mesh cage and faces the southwest catching the sun most of the day and is perfect for sunbathing while relaxing and looking over a peaceful freshwater canal with its wildlife. The lanai is fully equipped with dining table, six chairs and three loungers.
