This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula only minutes from the beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key. The community has a club house, pool and spa and community grills. Along with being close to the beach it is located within minutes to multiple golf courses, shopping and restaurants.
