Didn't find the girl at reception all the friendly . It seemed like she was lecturing us . The room we had on entry was so hot we couldn't stand being in it . The toilet we had to flush three times every time when used . It was room # 205 facing the terminal high level parking . There was a ramp somewhere in it and when cars went over the ramp it was so noisey . We paid money for a comfortable night before flying out the next morning . This is the second bad report I have written about this Holliday Inn . I stayed there last May and the roon hallway were in such disrepair .

The hotel hard to find -gps kept sending to the holiday in close by. Not good signage at around it either. Front desk staff couldnt answer questions about room. Limited knowledge. I understand small rooms but the bathroom was tiny and old and falling apart. Had to ask for towels not in room for each guest on arrival. Great location for flight shouldnt negate poor service and a run down room.

Property is very convenient for departing the Glasgow Airport. The hotel itself is very tired and needs some serious TLC. We stayed on the fifth floor and the hallway carpets are held down with duct tape. Our room was OK. but the fixtures are very dated and the workmanship in the bathroom was poor. it's a good place to stay if you are leaving early in the morning from GLA but not up to the standards I expect from Holiday Inn
