Room is complete junk.. super ghetto and actually worst I’ve ever seen. Torn up carpet everywhere, stains allllll over the walls from ceiling halfway down, some lights didn’t work, terrible lighting in bathroom.. can’t see in the mirror. . only one outlet in the open and not conveniently placed, pillows super flat and mattress feels like it’s 30 years old.. tv is sticking out into the entryway and super old and overheated cause it’s packed in dust… furniture looks like something you’d find at a dollar store ….. lobby and dining area is nice.

While the staff member that dealt with us was pleasant, we were not allocated the King Room we had booked due to ‘booking system problems’. which we were told had been ongoing for some time. We were instead allocated a double room. We had also requested a quiet room as we had not expected to arrive until around midnight. As our flight was delayed, we did not arrive until 2.30am and were disturbed by housekeeping at 09.45am the next morning, trying to gain access to our room. We had been unable to place a do not disturb sign on our door, as one had not been provided in the room. That said, the thin walls and general corridor noise had wakened us even earlier. The room was very small, shabby and the bathroom desperately needs renewed. The only plus side to this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Overall, a very unsatisfactory stay!

We were too early for breakfast and just had a coffee in the room prior to checking out. Room was adequate and clean, quiet and easy for lifts to reception. All in all staff were very obliging and helpful for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Thanks to all for making our stay really enjoyable. Cheers and a merry Christmas.
