The apartment offers you a pleasant veranda with a large sitting room (and additional sleeping), living-dining room, separate bedroom, shower room / WC. Der aufenthalt in der Wohnung war gut...sehr Zentral ...sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet Leider haben wir nicht gewusst das in der wohnung nur ein 1.40 Bett steht...mit war es etwas eng in der Nacht Aber das muss jeder selbst wisen. .. Wir haben uns sonst sehr wohlgefühlt und ein paar Herbsttage genosse .

Toilette nur mit Glasschiebetür nicht richtig schließend dicht neben dem sehr schmalen Bett. Hätte das in der Beschreibung gestanden hätten wir nicht gebucht . Ansonsten sauberes, moderenes Apartment.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Stil

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich eher in der wasserabgewandten Region von Warnemünde. Sie hat weniger maritimen, eher den schicken Charme einer prenzelberger Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für Hochpaterre überraschend ruhig - allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison da. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die Promenade Am Strom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man allerdings gut 10 min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schönes Appartement für max 2 Personen (+evtl Kleinstkind)

Schönes Appartement, kurze Fußwege zum alten Strom oder zur Strandpromenade. Auf Vereinbarung bekommt man einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof bei der Anmeldung. Der Check in ist einfach und kontaktlos, sodass man flexibel anreisen kann, ohne an Öffnungszeiten gebunden zu sein. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Altbau und ist dementsprechend hellhörig. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gewählt, und für den Aufenthalt ist soweit alles wichtige enthalten. Ein Edeka-Markt ist binnen 2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso wie eine Apotheke oder auch Bäckerei. Warnemünde ist ein sehr gepflegter und attraktiver Urlaubsort und lädt mit dieser schönen Unterkunft auf ein entspanntes Verweilen ein.

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene kleine FeWo für 2 Personen. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem wichtigem ausgestattet. Der Hausmeister reagierte umgehend und freundlich, als wir ihn ansprachen, weil sich im Bad die Lüftungsklappe gelöst hatte. Check-in und -out über die Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Sauberkeit bestens!

Immer wieder gern zu buchen.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und sehr gute Lage. Alles in paar Minuten zu erreichen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der alte Strom. Das Bad liegt leider neben das Schlafzimmer und ist durch den Lüfter sehr laut. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen..

FW 3 - WELLENZAUBER

Optimal eingerichtete FW, direkt in der Nähe von Strand und Stadtmitte. Alles in kürzester Zeit fußläufig super zu erreichen. Zwar besitzt die FW auch die Möglichkeit selbstständig zu kochen oder Fertiggerichte kurz in der Mikrowelle aufzuwärmen, meine Frau und ich haben uns aber oft dazu entschieden Essen zu gehen. Und hier gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten: Vom Fischbrötchen im Hafen über den Griechen im Kurhaus bis zum Asiaten auf der Fritz-Reuter-Str.....Wer sich in der FW mit Lebensmitteln versorgen möchte, kommt ebenfalls nicht zu kurz. Edeka, Aldi und Rewe sind direkt um die Ecke. Insgesamt ein richtig schöner Kurzurlaub, weil auch das Wetter mitspielte....
