Tolle Wohnung, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Küche vollständig ausgestattet, eigener TG Stellplatz und genug Steckdosen überall. Kommunikation schnell und angenehm. Wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung für Pärchen unbedingt empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für den ersten Tag, bevor man das erste Mal einkauft, war alles vorhanden. Mit dem Netflix-Konto gab es Probleme, aber die Vermieterin hat sich schnell zurückgemeldet und wir konnten es dann doch nutzen. Leider ging es kurz darauf wieder nicht, aber das Wetter war eh zu gut, um zu fernsehen. Das Haus steht direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Verbindungsstraße, aber man konnte bei geschlossenem Fenster, auch dank Außenrollo und Verdunklungsrollos innen, trotzdem gut schlafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Können wir nur empfehlen! Der Kontakt mit war einwandfrei, plus ein paar tipps wo man in der Umgebung hingehen kann. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und von der Lage her, nur ein Katzensprung nach Warnemünde.

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check-In & -out. Küche beinhaltet alles was man bzw. wir brauchten. Von Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler (Tabs vorhanden), Töpfe, Auflaufform, sogar eine Salatschleuder und Käse-Reibe. Schlafcouch sehr bequem.Wäscheständer vorhanden; zum Aufhängen von Bade-Sachen im Sommer perfekt. Direkt vor Ort ein Bäcker sowie kleiner Einkaufsladen, mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln. Spielplätze, Pferde und Alpakas sowie Ziegen zum Streicheln direkt vor Ort. Weg zum (etwas steinigen !) Strand perfekt. Mit Badeschuhen hat man hier auch viel Spaß beim Baden; mehr Steine, aber deutliche ruhiger als direkt in Warnemünde. Bus nach Warnemünde hält direkt vor der Tür - für uns die mit ÖPNV anreisten, perfekt. Es war ganz toll. Vielen Dank.

Wunderbare Zeit an der Ostsee

Unsere sehr kurzfristige Buchung, einwandfrei geklappt! Ein herzlicher Empfang, eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Balkon stets abends den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Und täglich den Strand bis Warnemünde spaziert, herrlich! Ganz lieben Dank.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr freundlich empfangen, Frau Kadow hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Es gab auch noch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist top. Die Lage ist einfach optimal wir waren in 10 Minuten mitten in Warnemünde, zum Strand war es vom Parkplatz auch nicht länger. Alles in Allem können wir die Wohnung und auch die Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Denn die Kommunikation war auch super. Die Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.

Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, Schafen mit offenen Fenster wird nix. Fenster sind aber gut isoliert, sind sie zu, hört man fast nichts. Parkplatz ist genial. Den Strand erreicht man über einen Waldweg nach ca. 1km....

Schöne saubere FeWo,klasse Empfang bei der Übergabe,schnelle Reaktion bei Fragen/Sorgen. Leider war das Internet täglich gestört und wir mussten regelmäßig ein Reset durchführen (für Teens halt ein wichtiger Punkt das Wlan). Lage des Objekt dient als toller Startpunkt in den Tag.

Schöne Wohnung (mit leichten Abstrichen)

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig (leider für diese Preisklasse viele Ikea Möbel) eingerichtet und wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Die Entfernung zur Promenade (Leuchtturm, Teepott) sind ca. 3,5 km. Wir hatten Uns Fahrräder geliehen um diese Distanz zu überwinden. Wer empfindlich auf Lärm ist sollte bedenken dass die Wohnung direkt an einem Kreisverkehr liegt. Wir mussten daher Abends alle Fenster schließen. Trotz dieser Einschränkungen hatten wir sehr schöne Tage an der Ostsee.

Schöne Weihnachtstage in Diederichshagen

Wir haben über die Weihnachtsfeiertage die Familie besucht und die Wohnung als Basislager genutzt. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und sympathisch, die Kommunikation ebenso. Die Lage ist gut, nahe Warnemünde, zum Meer sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Rostock ist mit dem Auto auch in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und die Küche hat alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Laden mit Bäckerei, wo man einkaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super gemütliche Wohnung

Das einzige Manko der Wohnung ist, dass eine der Betthälften furchtbar quietscht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super! Die Lage ist Klasse, weil man dort seine Ruhe hat, aber innerhalb von 6 Minuten mit dem Bus nach Warnemünde fahren kann. Auch kann man Fußläufig zum Wald/Strand und hat einen tollen Ausblick vom Steilufer aus. Wer den dortigen Strand nutzen möchte, sollte sich Wasserschuhe mitnehmen, da steinig. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, sympathisch und unkompliziert.
