The apartment is located on the ground floor. The location in the heart of Warnemünde is ideal. Directly before the house there are several cafes, restaurants, bakeries, banks and supermarkets. To promenade along the old stream and the central mole in Warnemuende is only a three minute walk. Equally short is the way to the beach of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade Warnemünde by the spa park located in the immediate vicinity.

Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Postives Detail für den Sommer: Die Wohnung ist so gelegen, dass erst am späten Abend ein wenig Sonne auf die Fenster trifft und der Eingang zur Wohnung ist ebenerdig im Erdgeschoss.

Apartment super, alles wie beschrieben.
Das Apartment war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war schön sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, 300 m zum Strand und in die andere Richtung dann die Flaniermeile.
