Home-Away-From-Home

This home was a perfect place to stay to host our daughter’s graduation from Covenant College along with family joining us from 4 other states! The bedrooms & bathrooms were pristine & comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. This home provided us everything we needed to be comfortable & more. Erika, our host, gave recommendations that were all excellent! The location is on a quiet street with a lovely back deck view. We’d eagerly stay here again & hope to return soon!

Excellent property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is easy to find, check-in/out directions are clear, fast (and friendly) response time from the host, super clean. We found everything we needed in the house. The beds are comfortable. Very close to wonderful hiking and historic battlefield locations. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Wonderful wedding weekend

Our daughter was getting married in the GA mountains and I rented this house for us for the weekend. The place is simply lovely. It still has a lot of the 50s charm of when the house was likely built, but many updates to make it modern. Plenty of bedrooms for all the extended family to stay in one place. We have two little Dachshunds, and the house is very dog friendly, even supplying dog gates and blankets. The owner Erika was great to communicate with. She was very prompt with a response to any question I had. I would highly recommend this house if you need to be in the area!

Wonderful stay near Lookout Mountain

Such a wonderful home to stay in. The scavenger hunt set up by our host was so much fun for not only our Grandchildren but a challenge for us adults. Very close to everything like Aquarium and Ruby Falls. We would highly recommend. Thanks you Erica.

Wonderful Booking

We had an amazing stay at this property. There were 8 of us total and there was plenty of room for everyone. They have very sweet and friendly neighbors and the property itself was well stocked and beautiful. The housekeeper knew we had smaller children with us and even set up a scavenger hunt for them which they loved. Communication with the owners was prompt and thorough. They checked on us after we arrived to make sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the are. It was one of the best homes we have ever rented. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Has everything you need!

We stayed here for a wedding in town. There were 6 of us, including 2 kids. We originally were to bring the dogs as they were part of the wedding, but they ended up staying with the bride and groom. Erika was so very helpful with our change of plans and so responsive! This home was very comfortable, with more than enough space for us. The steam shower was a nice added bonus. We spent our evenings relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. The house was also equipped with everything to make our stay easy- from kitchen gadgets to ironing board. Plenty of towels! Highly recommend.

We came I got won for a tournament and both sets of grandparents met us there. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed. Erika communicated well and we had no issues getting in for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family reunion!

Just like the photos, clean, very comfortable and big enough for family reunion of 7. Kitchen was well appointed. Sunset on the deck was gorgeous! Short drive to Chattanooga. I didn’t need anything while we were there, but the owner was quick to respond to a couple of pre-trip questions. Seamless check in and out. Just perfect. We’ll be back!

Beautiful view close to Chattanooga

Had plenty of bedrooms for our family and had extra beds downstairs. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was helpful in suggestions for things to do in the area. She had tea and a Keurig there with some coffee which was a nice touch. We had fun with the record player as well. Beds were comfortable as well. Would stay again.

Great house, very clean, newly remodeled and updated

Great location within 15-20 minutes of Lookout Mtn. Attractions. Erika went above expectations to provide everything we needed. She supplied household items that weren’t expected or advertised. She was very responsive to all of my questions even sending me recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The only negative I could even remotely think of was the inability to fully control the AC thermostat. Its too high-tech for me but she had the ability to fully control it on her app and she made adjustments for us as needed.

Spacious for a large family and fur babies

The house was nicely set up to meet the needs of a large family to allow for gathering and also privacy for sleeping with individual rooms. There was also a fenced in area with access from the deck that was very helpful for our dog and small children to stay safe. We were all very comfortable.
