It can be located on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with a terrace. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a tv, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Air conditioning is available with dual cooling/heating function.
Private parking space. WiFi available from 01/04 to 30/09.

° Guests are welcome to enjoy the residence swimming pool, designed for both adults and children. The pool is accessible from 10:00 to 13:00 and then again from 15:00 to 19:00. Note that the pool operates seasonally and it's open between 01/06 and 08/09. Please note that the use of a pool cap is mandatory.
Moreover, a bicycle rental shop is located at just 150 metres from the property, a supermarket at only 250 metres and the closest bar and restaurant are 100 metres away.

Rosolina Mare is a small town located on the seashore and close to the wonderful natural landscape of the Po river delta. It features 8 kilometers of free golden sandy beaches and bathing establishments. Ideal for families and groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice several types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports, as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water skiing and fishing.
