Super séjour dans un appartement extra au pied de la mer et en plein centre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et ce fut un plaisir de converser avec lui. Je recommande cet appartement le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel J y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Wij ouders met twee puber jongens hebben hebben in juli/augustus 16 dagen van dit appartement mogen genieten. Elke dag weer van het uitzicht genieten en even snel op en neer om in zee te zwemmen.Het is een heerlijk ruim appartement met veel kastruimte. Ruime badkamer en een grote keuken. Het is van alle voorzieningen voorzien. Het terras is ruim en 6 personen kunnen er ruim zitten. Wanneer je alles afsluit worden alle geluiden buiten gehouden. Het gedeelte waar het appartement staat is gezellig druk met nauwelijks overlast.Joaquim is een geweldige Host. Ik kon hem altijd een bericht sturen en hij reageerde binnen een paar uur. Ik heb een fijn contact met hem gehad en stond voor ons klaar als we iets wilde weten over het huis.Ik heb kunnen genieten van de afgesloten garage waar ik mijn auto in een ruime spot kwijt kon.In een cirkel van 10 minuten lopen heb je een weekmarkt en veel winkels voor je boodschappen inclusief een dagelijkse overdekte markt. In een cirkel van 15 minuten lopen een heerlijk stadshart met veel geweldige restaurants.We hebben de rondrit met het treintje gemaakt van ruim 2 uur. Geweldige rit door de natuur waar je met de auto niet mag komen. Verder het museum van Dali in Figueres op 30 minuten en op 75 tot 90 minuten het schitterende Réserve africaine de Sigean in Frankrijk.We zijn al op veel plaatsen geweest binnen Europa maar op deze locatie kwamen wel heel veel mooie dingen samen. We willen hier graag terugkomen.

Location de l'appartement 10 jours au mois de juillet avec un bébé et une personne âgée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le propriétaire (et les parents qui nous ont accueillis) est très gentil et la communication est parfaite. L'appartement est face à la mer, très belle terrasse et très spacieux. Il est situé dans le centre ville de rosas. Il se trouve au 1er étage mais qui correspond à 2ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est très fonctionnel, confortable et propre. Il est très bien équipé (vaisselle en abondance étendoir fer à repasser machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle four et micro onde). Climatisation dans la salle à manger et ventilateurs. Le linge est fourni, ainsi que le savon et gel douche. Je recommande cet appartement en front de mer. Très belle vue.
