Schöne Wohnung mit spektakulärem Ausblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf Roses, das Meer die Berge. Sehr kulanter, angenehmer Vermieter. Leider Probleme mit der Verwaltungsgesellschaft. Man sollte als Mieter gut zu Fuß sein (viele Treppen) und nicht auf WLAN angewiesen. Ich würde die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen und komme gerne wieder zurück.

Très belle vacances en famille- août 2018

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille à Rosas (avec 3 enfants entre 9 et 13 ans). Accueil parfait. L'appart est nickel, la vue est magnifique. La région est également très sympa de nombreuses choses à visiter. Pas trop loin de Barcelone pour y passer 1 journée, montagne, plages,... De petites criques très sympa proches de l'appart (15-30 min). L'airco était nécessaire vu les températures (40° début août) et l'appartement reste bien frais. Boulangerie à 10 min à pied: cela monte pour revenir mais sympa à faire le matin pour les courageux ou sportifs :-). J'y allais avec mon gamin de 9 ans. On a juste eu un souci avec les voisins du dessous très bruyants et sans-gênes. Michel, le propriétaire, a tenté d'intervenir très rapidement à distance mais face à des locataires qui ne respectent pas la vie en copropriété, pas beaucoup de solution. Dommage. Si je reviens dans la région, je n'hésiterai pas à louer à nouveau cet appart.

appartement très bien conçu et équipé, accueil parfait, mais pas avec de jeunes enfants ou personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer car 4 escaliers assez raides.Garage appréciable mais prévoir de prendre son véhicule chaque jour. Vue de la terrasse époustouflante, climatisation très très agréable, plancha : faire le plein de poisson frais .

Vacances exeptionnelles

Nous venons de passer des vacances magnifiques grâce à un appartement qui ne peut que ravir les vacanciers ; en effet tout était réuni, un endroit propre , décoré avec grand goût, clair, calme qui a une vue imprenable et quelle que soit l'heure.... à couper le souffle . Des prestations a l’intérieur rares dans les locations , une grande terrasse où il fait bon vivre, la climatisation et au pied de l'escalier un grand garage fermé. Enfin, le propriétaire des lieux, très aimable et disponible, avide de conseils pour agrémenter votre séjour en visites locales, culturelles mais aussi gastronomiques.... UN ENDROIT A RECOMMANDER VIVEMENT !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Les plus : l'appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux, très propre.La vue est magnifique (Le petit kilomètre qui sépare la plage de l appartement ou du centre-ville peut être parcouru à pied si le dénivelé ne vous fait pas peur, par contre, Il faudra etre courageux et sportif pour le faire trois fois par jour). Les moins : les travaux à côté de l'appartement génèrent du bruit. Absence de wifi (problème technique en cours de règlement).
