Located 1.9 km from the center of Roses, it offers an ideal combination of tranquility and proximity to urban life. The Mas Oliva development is surrounded by mountainous landscapes and natural trails, ideal for those who enjoy walks, hiking trails and contact with the natural environment of the Costa Brava.

L etat de la chambre etait deplorable.(menage pas fait) et en echangant avec les differents locataires c etait pareil.Piscine dans un autre complex avec obligation de consommer dans le restaurant sur place.Dans l annonce il parle de parking alors qu il fallait galerer pour se garer le soir.Le ventilateur ne sert strictement habitat avec des tempatures a 50 degres a l interieur il faudrait investir dans des clims.La lumiere du balcon et reglé pour tous les appartements de la residence a 23h donc au dela vous etes dans le noir.Mais je reviens sur l hygienne pipi sur la cuvette, du sang sur les draps qui sont plié et soit disant propre, couvertures sales , cheuveux au sol et poissieres.
