THE APARTMENT IS DESIGNED FOR A QUIET AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.

The apartment 2/4 in Rosas / Roses has 1 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. (3 adults or 2 adults with two young children)
Accommodation of 40 m² cozy and is fully-equiped, It has views of the sea .

Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)

For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).

The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).

Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested via visa (pre-authorization).
