Open floor plan allows you to cook for the family while enjoying each other's company. Upstairs there is a family room and second bedroom with 3 full beds. The walkout basement offers another family room with a tv and darts.

Spend your time outside enjoy the many activities this home has to offer. Take a quite hike down the private nature trail to Beaver Creek. Spend your evening taking in the star filled sky while you chill out in the hot tub or sit by the campfire while the kids play a mini game of putt putt.

Don't forget to bring your ATVs! A large sand bowl is located directly across the road. Nearby trails accessible nearby just down a few dirt roads. Hit the trails without the hassle of trailering your toys any further than the driveway.

The home is conveniently located near town and only a 15 minute drive to Higgins Lake North State Park.
