Good location

This hotel is at an excellent location for visiting the main street and highlights of the town. The restaurant Peder Hiort Mathus had good food and a good selection, so we went there twice.

Their Saturday evening buffet dinner (julebord) was out of this world for a meat/fish lover. I have never experienced anything like it for variety. I counted 60+ different meat/fish dishes. Made with love. The lobby area is a great place, our room plain but nothing wrong with it.

Bad uten varme og avtrekk, liten plass i dusjen, generelt lite innbydende bad. Frokost var elendig, lite å velge mellom, klarte ikkje å holde tritt med gjestene når de gjalt påfyll av de meste. Fra sist vi var der har servicen gått tilbake.

Bare helt ok.

Resepsjonisten hadde null kontroll over prisene, så det tok en goood stund fra vi spurte om oppgradering og x-antall telefoner før vi fikk noe pris. Rommet er bare helt ok. Meget gammeldags, lampeskjermen ramler ned, lyset i gangen funket ikke. God seng da. Det trenger litt oppgraderinger her.
