Apartment accommodation was very good, overall emphasis was towards the Spanish pensioners who were with "Imerso" packages. Buffet meals were very much geared to that market, limited choice and in the main very basic. Otherwise, good location for time of year and good accommodation.

Dont waste your money, book somewhere else

Rooms are a good size but small when they have 2 kingsized beds in it. Furnishings old and outdated and in need of replacing as all damaged. As winter, even though it was hot you could not put air conditioning on and no fans available. Reception suggested we open the patio door. Cats fighting all night so no sleep. Really pleased to leave this hotel.

Great Location with good facilities

Located just 2 minute walk from restaurants and bars, 5 minutes fromthe beach. Food is only warm, that is the only down side, great choice though.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was more than spacious enough for our needs. We were surprised that it even had a corkscrew. We stayed on a half board basis and were pleased that there was cava for breakfast. The food may not have been of the best quality, but there was plenty of choice. The drinks were expensive, so we didn't bother. The hotel in November is frequented by a large number of Spanish oaps.

Spacious family hotel

Good quality spacious room! Lovely swimming pool. Bed and breakfast only so can’t comment on evening meal! Choice of continental breakfast excellent but all the hot food was cold and no fried eggs! Omelette chef would make omelette but not fried egg??? Location good and close to bars and restaurants.

Check in very slow. The man that checked us in answered 2 very long phone calls whilst dealing with us with no apology offered. Entertainment was awful - nothing in english and nothing for kids. The hotel was full of Spanish OAPs - nothing against them but i think this should be made clear when booking so that people don't expect there to be entertainment for younger people and kids. Everything else about the hotel was good. Pools are great but outdoor pool is 120cm at it's shallowest so unsuitable for young kids.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid this hotel. We stayed during February, so granted it was out of season, but I honestly believe that in season this hotel will still not be up to scratch. We had 4 nights booked half board and left on the morning of our third day because we could not stand it any longer even though we had paid in full up front. The hotel was clean but there was a great deal of building work going on inside the hotel which we had not been made aware of when booking. The swimming pool was drained and all the tiles were being dug out when we arrived, with a drill which was making a lot of noise, so out of use. In the reception area one of the main doors was out of use and was being worked on, there was only one bar and one restaurant open in the hotel. The food was horrible, cold slop, inedible. When I complained about the pool being out of use I was told I could use the indoor pool. The indoor pool was under a greenhouse style building which was condensating due to the heat so badly that water was dripping from the ceiling so the area was a death trap with the tiles around the pool being like ice they were so wet. It was certainly not safe for our young children to use. We checked in to our room and found our balcony overlooked a major building site where diggers were working from 8.30am until 8.30pm daily, it was relentless. Staff on reception had no interest in my complaint or why we were leaving a full day early. No refund offered.

Mixed bag

The in room air conditioning did not work and we had to leave the balcony door open all night. The hotel was clean and was great value. Breakfast was ok but hot food was very limited. Bathroom was tired and could do with a spruce up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for the price paid.

It was close to the beach walking distance fine.

SOME OF RECEPTION STAFF ( MEN )WERE REALLY WELCOM AND HELPFULL. THE MAIN MALE CHEF WAS VERY KIND AND EVERY TIME WE WERE LOOKIND FOR SOMETHINGS HE SHOWED THEM TO US WITH A SMILE. THE BUFFET WAS NICE BUT THE WAITERS ( TRESS) ONLY 2 WERE KIND AND HELPFULL BUT THE REST WERE NOT SMILING TO US AND WERE NOT APPROACHING US TO CLEAR OUR TABLE . I FOUND IT STRANGE BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING FOR THE OTHER CUSTOMER. THE ROOM CLEANINESS I GAVE 3 BECAUSE WHEN WE ARRIVED WE FOUND SOME STUFFS IN SOME DRAWERS WHICH MEAN THE LAST CUSTOMER LEFT THEM AND THEY DIDNT BROTHER TO CHECK IT.
