Insatisfecha

Muy enfadada e indignada.Primero cuando hice la reserva,a los dos dias me llamaron,que habia habido un error informático y no podían ser esas fechas.Me llamo el propietario para decirmelo y yo fui flexible con el y acepté cambiar las fechas,pero cual ha sido nuestra sorpresa toda la estancia...que las dos piscinas estaban cerradas.La piscina exterior cerrada por obras,y la climatizada ha estado los cuatro dias cerrada también por mantenimiento....os podeis imaginar el efado de mis hijos todos los dias,esperando a que por lo menos abrieran la climatizada.Me he sentido estafada y engañada.
